MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER. The Court adopts the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge. Judgment is entered awarding plaintiff $36,000.00 in statutory damages on its Lanham Act claims, $21,828.40 in attorneys' fees, and $575.00 in costs, totaling $58,403.40. Plaintiff's request for a permanent injunction against Defendants is granted. Defendants are prohibited from using any of Chanel' s trademarks in connection with the advertisement, promotion, distribution, or sale of any unauthorized or counterfeit goods.
