Plaintiff Ginter Logistics Service Co., Ltd., ("Ginter") moved for order to enforce compliance and/or find Defendant ACH Freight Forwarding, Inc. ("ACH") in civil contempt for violating a Judgment of the Court. For the reasons in this memorandum and order, the motion is GRANTED. In order to compel compliance, ACH shall pay a fine of $150.00 per day until payment of the Final Judgment and $150.00 per day until it complies with the subpoena dated August 13, 2009. Payments shall begin October 28, 2010. ACH may purge the contempt order by paying the Final Judgment and complying with the subpoena dated August 13, 2009. granting #55 Motion to Enforce Judgment.
