LPGA's motion to exclude evidence on expenses is dismissed as moot. Summit is precluded f rom offering theories or evidence on a quasi-contract theory of unjust enrichment. The case is referred to United States Magistrate Judge Frank Maas for a further settlement conference. The Court strongly encourages the parties to make their best efforts to reach a settlement, and directs them to contact Judge Maas' chambers for scheduling. (Signed by Judge Leonard B.
