OPINION: #98070 The foregoing shall constitute my findings of fact and conclusions of law pursuant to Fed. R.Civ. P. 52(a). For the reasons set forth above, plaintiff has failed to prove her claims of false arrest, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution by a preponderance of the credible evidence. In addition, defendants have proven their affirmative defense of qualified immunity by a preponderance of the credible evidence.
