MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: #97723 23 MOTION to Dismiss the Amended Complaint filed by Cambium Learning Company. For all of the foregoing reasons, the defendant's motion to dismiss is granted in part and denied in part. The plaintiffs' fraud claims are dismissed.
