Accordingly, all of Plaintiffs' claims are dismissed, other than plaintif f Barenboim's individual training claim. Plaintiffs' motion for class certification is denied in its entirety. The parties must promptly contact Magistrate Judge Francis' chambers to schedule a settlement conference. If the parties fai l to settle their dispute. they must appear for a Final Pre-Trial Conference on Friday, March 12, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. The parties must confer and make submissions in advance of the Final Pre- Trial Conference as required by the previously entered Pre-Trial Scheduling Order (docket entry no. 26).
