Filing 12 OPINION AND ORDER:# 97269 For the reasons explained above I the petition to vacate the arbitration award is denied except to the extent that the arbitration award disposed of the petitioners claim that she was the victim of retaliation for asking whe ther she was fired on the basis of race. With respect to that single retaliation claim l the matter is remanded to the Arbitrator to clarify her ruling. The Clerk is directed to close Docket No.1. The Clerk is directed to close this case.
