Filing 47 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated above, Klimley and Palmeros motions to dismiss the Cohain and Sissel Actions are GRANTED. Palmeros motion to dismiss is DENIED with respect to the Pullins Plaintiffs claims for common law fraud and civil conspiracy but otherwise GRANTED. Plaintiffs may seek leave to amend their Complaints within ten calendar days.
