Filing 42 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER #97989 For the foregoing reasons, the motions to dismiss filed by the Municipal Defendants and by Defendant Mitchell are granted and Plaintiffs' Section 1983 claim is dismissed as against those Defendants. This Opinion resolves docket entry nos. 8 and 33. The Court is also issuing today a separate Order to Show Cause in this matter. SO ORDERED.
