Filing 26 OPINION:#98516 For the reasons set forth above, Barnes's motion for summary judgment is granted and AIG's motion is denied. Judgment will be entered in favor of Barnes against AIG for the relief requested in the complaint. including pre-jud gment interest, attorneys' fees, and costs. Barnes shall submit a proposed judgment together with an application for attorneys' fees and costs by February 11, 2010. AIG shall submit its objections and opposition, if any, by February 20, 2010.
