March 12, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 73 MEMORANDUM & ORDER granting 50 Motion in Limine; denying 53 Motion in Limine. For the foregoing reasons, SanDisk's motion to exclude the report and testimony of Dr. Madisetti is denied and its motion to exclude evidence relating to the Sony Memory Stick is granted.
