OPINION AND ORDER #97224: For the reasons stated herein, Fujitsu's motion to dismiss is granted in its entirety with prejudice. Although Akikusa does not join in Fukitsu's motion to dismiss, the granting of this motion also forecloses LinkCo's claims against Akikusa.
