MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER #98373 that Ashapura's motion to vacate the attachment of EFTs made pursuant to this Court's Rule B order is granted. The ex parte order for process of attachment and garnishment issued in this action is vacate d. Any funds attached as EFTs pursuant to that order are immediately released.
