Mast 9;s motion to exclude evidence relating to Dollman's previously dismissed claims is granted in part, with the remainder reserved until trial. Filing 35 MEMORANDUM & ORDER granting in part and denying in part 21 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth in this Order, Defendants Limited Brands, Inc. and Victoria's Secret Direct, LLC are dismissed from this action. All claims by P laintiff Trevor Dollman are also dismissed. Defendant Mast Industries, Inc.'s motion for summary judgment on Plaintiff Clair Dollman's claim for wrongful termination based on pregnancy discrimination is denied. Defendant Mast Industry Inc.'s motion for summary judgment on all remaining claims is granted. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions. (Signed by Judge William H.
