MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER #97374 re: 8 MOTION to Vacate 3 Order Issuing Maritime Attachment and Garnishment filed by MMX Trade & Shipping (Nevada) LLC, MMX Corumba Mineracao LTDA. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to vacate i s granted to the extent that the amount subject to the write of attachment will be reduced to $21,900,747.90, and Intervenors' motions to vacate are denied without prejudice.
