It is hereby ORDERED that the December 23, 2008 Ex Parte Order for Process of Maritime Attachment and Garnishment be vaca ted; and it is further ORDERED that the London arbitral award of October 20, 2009 shall be enforced according to the terms of the Final Award of the Panel of Arbitrators; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment and shall close this action and remove it from my docket.
