Filing 102 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Before the Court are six motions to dismiss the Amended Complaint of Pro Se Plaintiff Sherry Bender. Defendant's motions to dismiss are Granted in part and Denied in part. Plaintiff is directed to contact Magistrate Judge Peck's chambers to schedule a status conference within 30 days of the entry of this Order.
