January 7, 2010	Filing 3 OPINION & ORDER. #98458 In 2007, Petitioner Mustafa Ozsusamlar (Petitioner) was convicted on six counts arising out of a scheme to provide fraudulent identification documents to illegal aliens. In April 2009, Petitioner filed the instant petition fo r habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (Section 2255), asking the Court to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence on the grounds that: (1) Petitioners trial counsel provided ineffective assistance; (2) his sentence was unreasonable; (3 ) his Sixth Amendment right to a speedy trial was violated; and (4) his Miranda rights were violated. For the reasons set forth below, the Court DENIES Petitioners habeas corpus petition. Refer to 02 cr 763.
