Continental's motion for summary judgment with respect to the Norbet policy [106 ] is DENIED, and Lloyd's motion for partial summary judgment with respect to the Continental/Norbet policy is GRANTED 123 Travelers' motion for summary judgment 100 is GRANTED, and Lloyds motion for partial summary judgment with respect to the Travelers' policy 123 is DENIED. Hartford's motion for summary judgment 119 is GRANTED, and Lloyd's motion for partial summary judgment with respect to Hartford 123 is DENIED.
