Filing 95 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 86 MOTION for Attorney Fees filed by Jason Zimmerman. For the reasons stated above and in the Court's March 27, 2013 memorandum opinion and order, PRA is ordered to pay $350,000.00 in damages, $127,55 0.00 in attorneys' fees, and $2,568.85 in costs. All payments shall be made to Plaintiffs counsel, who will distribute the damages to the class members as further set forth in this document. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment against PRA consistent with this memorandum opinion and order, to terminate the motion (Dkt. No. 86), and to close this case. For the reasons stated above, Defendant's motion for reconsideration (Dkt. Nos. 65, 66) is DENIED. Plaintiff's motion for statutory damages (Dkt. No. 54) is GRANTED as set forth in this opinion. The class is awarded $350,000 in statutory damages and Plaintiff is awarded an additional $1,000 in statutory damages. Distribution of the class award will be the subject of a future order, after briefing has been submitted in accordance with this opinion. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motions (Dkt.
