On November 20, 2008, Luis Humberto Mendez pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute narcotics in violation of 21 U.S.C. Sections 812, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A), and 846. He was sentenced to prison term of 120 months. Mendez, who is currently in prison serving his sentence, has petitioned this Court, pro se, under 28 U.S.C. Section 2255 to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence. For the reasons below, the petition s hould be denied....IV.CONCLUSION: For the foregoing reasons, Mendez's petition to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence should be denied.
