KMG's motion to dismiss is denied; Anadarko's motion to dismiss plaintiffs' resoondeat superior and Section 30 (a) claims is denied; the KMG Officers' motion to dismiss is denied for the period before 8/10/06; and Corbett's motion to dismiss for the period after 8/10/06 is granted.
