Filing 31 OPINION AND ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. For the foregoing reasons, the Court adopts the R&R in its entirety, and finds meritless Jones's claims not considered by Judge Yanthis. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate any pendin g applications and close this case.
