OPINION AND ORDER: #98625 The Complaint alleges adequate facts to establish design defect, failure to warn, and breach of express warranty claims under the LPLA. It also states a claim for pecuniary damages in redhibition, medical monitoring damages, and attorneys fees related to the redhibition claim.
