Plaintiff Stanley Arnold brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for false arrest and malicious prosecution arising out of his arrest for trespass and posse ssion of a controlled substance. In an earlier opinion, this Court granted the defendants motion for summary judgment. Arnold now moves for reconsideration of that decision.
