OPINION & ORDER re: 183 FIRST MOTION for Reconsideration filed by Stanley Arnold. Plaintiff Stanley Arnold brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for false arrest and malicious prosecution arising out of his arrest for trespass and posse ssion of a controlled substance. In an earlier opinion, this Court granted the defendants motion for summary judgment. Arnold now moves for reconsideration of that decision. For the reasons detailed in Judge Gorenstein's Report, the Housing Authority Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED, and the City Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
