Filing 66 OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons the Court will enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff Mapssy, and against defendant Gardner on Plaintiffs contract claim in the sum of $272,124.13. The Court awards no damages to Plaintiff for its trade mark law and unfair competition claims since Plaintiff dismissed these claims. The Court finds for Plaintiff on Defendant Gardner's claim for breach of contract. Further, the Court will enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff and Counterclaim Defen dant Choi on Gardner's common law unjust enrichment and New York Labor Law claims. Thus, Gardner is not entitled to damages from Mapssy or Choi. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close the case.This constitutes the decision and order of the Court. (Signed by Judge Andrew L.
