The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress claims, so that Pro se Plaintiff Anthony Andresakis will not be permitted to proceed in Federal Court any further. 28 U.S.C. § 1367{c) (3).
