Filing 106 OPINION AND ORDER re: 90 MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by Aaron Krulik, Shumon Mahbub, Hennessy, New York City. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The Estate's federal false arrest claim and state false imprisonment claim are dismissed against all Defendants, and its state claims for negligence and wrongful death are dismissed against the Individual Defendants. The Court retains supplemental jurisdiction over the negligence and wrongful death claims as asserted against the City.
