Filing 292 MEMORANDUM OPINION: Magistrate Judge Pecks construction of informational scheme is modified as described above, and his final recommendations are adopted. Defendants motion for summary judgment dismissing the patent infringement claim [DI 172] is gra nted. Wi-Lans motion for partial summary judgment dismissing LGs affirmative defenses [DI 156] is denied as moot. Wi-Lans motion for sanctions [DI 168] is denied. Wi-Lans motion for partial summary judgment on LGs trademark infringement and false des ignation counterclaims [DI 156] is granted. All remaining state law claims are dismissed without prejudice, and all other remaining open motions [DI 198] are denied as moot. The Clerk shall enter judgment and close the case.
