OPINION & ORDER denying 72 MOTION for Attorney Fees Katrina Hollins and S.W. filed by Katrina Hollins, granting in part and denying in part 74 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Jorge Morel, Claudio Ramirez, Ryan, Karanlall (Neil) Brijbu hkan, Doug Williams, Jenny Ann Nelson, The City of New York, Kevin Canavan, Edwin Galan, Lori Pollock, George Wolfrom, Donald Boller, Frank Chiodi. For the reasons stated above, Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED in part and DENI ED in part. Plaintiff Katrina Hollins's motion for legal fees, costs and expenses in DENIED without prejudice to renewal at a later date. It is hereby ORDERED that the Defendant City of New York shall produce within 14 days of the date of this o rder all materials relevant to Plaintiff's Monell claim, including but not limited to the OCCB manual, the Patrol Guide, and any relevant internal memoranda. If counsel for the Defendant does not comply, the Court will consider sanctions and a f inding of civil contempt for repeated willful violation of the Court's orders. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall appear for a scheduling conference on March 19, 2014 at 11:50 a.m. The Clerk of the Court is ordered to close the motions at Dockets # 74 and # 72.
