OPINION AND ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION IN PART re 84 : Accordingly, the Report and Recommendation is adopted in part and rejected in part, and the Default Judgment against Gedrey Thompson and GTF Enterprises is amended to include the f ollowing: pursuant to 15 U.S.C. §§ 77t(d), 78u(d)(3), and 80b-9(e), a civil penalty of $130,000 is imposed against Thompson and a civil penalty of $650,000 is imposed against GTF Enterprises.
