PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION: It is hereby ordered that pending final adjudication of this matter, Defendants, and each of them, their agents, servants, employees, and attorneys-in-fact, and those persons in active concert or participation with them who re ceive actual notice of this Order by personal service, facsimile service, or otherwise, are preliminarily enjoined from future violations of Sections 206(I) and 206(2) of the Advisers Act, as set forth in this Order. It is hereby ordered that Amerosa Cassirer be and hereby is appointed to act as receiver for Defendants SIA and Starrco and Relief Defendant Colcave, as set forth in this Order.
