ORDER EXTENDING TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER: that the Temporary Restraining Order entered on 6/1/2010 whereby Defendants The Republic of Argentina and the Bank of New York Mellon Corporation are "temporarily restrained and enjoined from taking any action in furtherance of the cancellation or destruction of the [Plaintiffs'] 2005 Bonds [the "2005 Bonds"] pending the hearing and determination of Plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunction," is extended until 8/15/2010. If at any time prior to 8/15/2010 the 2005 Bonds are released, the parties shall so advise the Court and this Order shall be vacated. If at any time prior to 8/15/2010 Federated confirms receipt of the 2005 Bonds, the parties shall submit a stipulation of dismissal of this action with prejudice to the Court.
