MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER re: 62 MOTION for Reconsideration of the Court's Prior Decisions Concerning Defendant ChoicePoint, Inc filed by Fred L. Pasternack, 56 MOTION to Dismiss the Second Amended Complaint filed by Laboratory Corporation of America. For the foregoing reasons, Defendant LabCorp' s motion to dismiss the Second Amended Complaint is granted, and Pasternack's motion for reconsideration of this Court's August 1, 2011 and September 6, 2012 decisions is denied.
