Filing 101 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted in part and denied in part. The motion is denied insofar as it is directed to the Section 1983 excessive force claim against Officer Remy and granted in all other respects. The Complaint is thus dismissed in its entirety as to the claims against the Supervisory Defendants and Defendant City, and as to any State-law claims against Defendant Remy. The Office of the Corporation Counsel i s directed to contact Judge Francis's Chambers promptly to schedule a settlement conference.
