Plaintiffs request for leave to amend the SAC is DENIED as futile. The parties are to appear for an initial pretrial conference in this matter on March 15, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. The parties s hould comply with Judge Forrests Individual Practices for Civil Cases relating to initial pretrial conferences. The Court is inclined to coordinate discovery in this action with discovery in the related action of Teague v. Lease Finance Group, et al ., 11 Civ. 8125. The initial pretrial conference in that action is set for the same date and time. The parties should all be prepared to discuss possible coordinated discovery as between these two actions, and should submit a joint proposed Scheduling Order.
