It is denied in all other respects. Likewise, EY's motion for summa ry judgment dismissing the RHF action [09-md-2017 DI 1472; 10-cv-6185 DI 213] is granted to the extent that the RHF Plaintiffs' California law claims are dismissed. It is denied in all other respects. The Court will hold conferences in each o f these cases on October 13, 2015 beginning at 9:30 a.m. Among the subjects for discussion will be trial settings, settlement, and possible remand of the RHF case.
