Filing 50 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The motion for a stay under Rule 62(c)is DENIED. Alternatively, Kidz-Med request[s] that the Court grant a temporary, administrative stay of the injunction to give the Court of Appeals sufficient time to rule on a motio n for stay pending appeal pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 8(a)(2). (Def. Stay Br. at 20) Kidz-Med has not cited any authority suggesting that a temporary stay is appropriate where a Rule 62(c) stay motion has been denied.
