Filing 190 MEMORANDUM ORDER: In sum, the Court grants the defendants' motions for summary judgment on Oakley's § 1983 claims and on Oakley's state law negligence claims against defendants Oltchick and Robano-Gross. In contrast, the Court den ies the defendants' motions for summary judgment on Oakley's negligence claims against FEGS, Cohen, Chaffe, Taylor, and Jones. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter final judgment with respect to defendants Oltchick, Robano-Gross, Limiti, and Green-Gholson.
