MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Singas's motion 5 for preliminary injunction is GRANTED. Defendants are enjoined from operating in any way, directly or indirectly, (a)the restaurant located at 94 Avenue C, New York, New York and doing business as Singas Famous Pizza ; and (b)the restaurant located 35-68 73rd Street, Queens, New York York and doing business as Queens New York Famous Pizza.
