OPINION AND ORDER: Because (1) neither the writ of error coram nobis nor audita querela is available to Sanchez, (2) even if construed as a section 2255 petition, any such petition would be time barred, and (3) Sanchez validly waived his right to collaterally attack his sentence, his petition is denied.
