OPINION AND ORDER. For the reasons stated above, the defendants have made a meritorious motion to transfer. The Court will delay issuing an order to transfer until August 10, 2011, to allow plaintiff to move for a stay in the event he seeks review of this Opinion and Order pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.P. 72(a). In the absence of an order granting such a stay, however, the Court will direct the Clerk, by separate order, to effectuate the transfer on August 10, 2011. (Signed by Magistrate Judge Gabriel W.
