MEMORANDUM & ORDER: Plaintiff is hereby notified that if service is not made within the next 60 days, then the lawsuit will be dismissed as to the party or parties not served. Dismissal means that the lawsuit will be over and Plaintiff will recover n othing. The Clerk of the Court is directed to issue an amended summons and the Pro Se Office is directed to send Plaintiff a new mailing package including instructions on how to effect proper service of the complaint.
