MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 21 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Thomas Rael, Pleskow & Rael Corporation, 29 AMENDED MOTION to Dismiss the Amended Complaint pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) and to Stay Discovery filed by Core Group Marke ting LLC, 24 MOTION to Dismiss Amended Complaint pursuant to FRCP 12(b)(6) and to Stay Discovery filed by Core Group Marketing LLC. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motions are granted and Plaintiffs complaint is dismissed, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). This resolves docket entry nos. 21 and 24.
