OPINION & ORDER: On Count One, in favor of plaintiff Albert P. Moras against defendants Marco Polo Network, Inc. and Marco Polo Capital Markets, LLC, in the amount of $125,360.00, plus prejudgment interest at a rate of 9% per annum, to be c alculated from April 1, 2009, until December 11, 2012, the date of entry of judgment. As to the claim in Count One against defendant Vinode Bhesham Ramgopal, judgment has been entered in favor of Ramgopal. On Counts Two through Five, in favor of all defendants.
