OPINION AND ORDER: Defendants bring this motion to dismiss for improper venue pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(3), or in the alternative, to transfer venue to the Southern District of Florida pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (&qu ot;Section 1404(a)"). For the reasons discussed below, these motions are denied. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants motions are denied. The Clerk of Court is directed to close these motions [Docket #10].
