Filing 72 OPINION AND ORDER re: 38 MOTION for Partial Summary Judgment filed by Barbara Katz, 48 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Savoy Capital, Inc., 42 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Adecco USA, Inc. Plaintiff's motion for partial summa ry judgment is DENIED and Adecco's motion forsummary judgment is DENIED. Savoy Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED to the extent that Plaintiff's First and Fourth causes of action, alleging violations of the ADA, are dismissed with prejudice; it is DENIED in all other respects. Filing 29 OPINION AND ORDER: Savoy's motion for summary judgment is denied without prejudice. Plaintiff has 30 days from the date of this Order to conclude discovery limited to the issue of whether Savoy employed the requisite number of employees.
