Filing 25 OPINION & ORDER re: 5 MOTION to Dismiss filed by MTA Metro-North Commuter Railroad. For the reasons explained above, the defendants' motion to dismiss the plaintiff's federal claims for lack of jurisdiction is granted. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the plaintiff's NYSHRL and NYCHRL claims and those claims are dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment dismissing the Complaint and closing this case. The Clerk is also directed to close any open motions. (Signed by Judge John G.
