June 12, 2012	Filing 13 OPINION & ORDER #101901. On April 14, 2011, O'Kene White ("Petitioner"), proceeding pro se, filed this petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 2255 to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence.... CONCLUSION : For the reasons set forth above, the petition for writ of habeas corpus is DENIED. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis stat us is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). As the petition makes no substantial showing of a denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability will not issue. 28 U.S.C. Section 2253.
