March 27, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 34 OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth above, defendants motion to dismiss the Amended Complaint is DENIED as to defendant Deutsche Bank and defendants Ackermann, Banziger and Di Iorio. It is GRANTED with respect to Borsig. The PSLRA stay of di scovery is hereby lifted. In light of the length of time that has already passed, the parties are encouraged immediately to commence appropriate discovery. The Court will hold an initial pre-trial conference on April 16, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. The parti es should refer to the Courts individual rules regarding matters to be addressed prior to and at that conference.
